After the buggers

Unfortunately, my peppers didn't quite make season.

However, the rest of the garden is going great!

I picked up a water pump sprayer.

This helps out a lot. 

Even Zoom Zoom enjoys the garden.

Oh No

As I was looking over my peppers earlier today, I noticed something not quite right.  

I called Bath's Garden Center.  It may appear aphids made there home in the peppers.  If it's not aphids it's something else.   I got the advice to use soap water. 

Hopefully it will work.

A Few Additions

In addition to the pallet

a few peppers, 

marigolds,

sweet peas, 

morning glories

and a fairy garden was added.

Keeping Warm

The plants were ready

to be placed into the pallet on time.

However, mother nature was saying

more snow and frost. My son's room turned

into a miniature garden room for a short time.

Once the weather got warmer and Jack Frost

took a vacation I was able to move the pallet into

it's summer home and start to work.

I used a combination of sod and soil.

Onto the plants.  I used weed cloth for the back

of the pallet. If I didn't the plants would fall right through.

The collection of plants are perfect.

And The Sowing Begins

Time to start the seeds. 

This included a quick trip to 

Home Depot and King Soopers 

to pick up Burpee seeds.

I found the perfect place to start all the seeds.

A West Window at the office. 

The Jiffy Pots worked awesome.

My Boss got a green thumb out of this as well.

He has the second row. Veggi's

It only took about 4 day until some sprouts

started to come through.

 Give them a bit more time and they will be ready to

transplant.

So, looking back at all of those pallets

Once home we chose the perfect one to start working on.

First we set it where it would be

for the summer to get idea...

Not a bad look.

Now onto sanding...My youngest daugter 

and myself was working on this.

Painting time 

With the weather no too good yet the pallet was not 

going to venture over the deck as of yet.

I did put a few flowers in it to show some people the idea.
